They are incredibly detailed in their cleaning. They went above and beyond to clean my place. I needed a Maintenance clean and they did a deep clean first, which not many companies do or they charge you an arm and a leg if they do.

I'm so happy with the service by Ingrid and her team. She came in at the last moment to help my husband and I with move out cleaning and it was so much better than I could have ever done and what I thought was possible. My husband said that the fridge looks sparkly clean now. Price is worth it.
There was a little bit of miscommunication, and she thought that it was a studio apartment which she quoted for $400, but was actually a 1 bedroom, so she had to change the quote to $600+tax. I would definitely use this company again.

After calling other companies and leaving messages, it was a blessing to have my call answered by Ingrid, explain what I needed done (condo move-out) and timeframe to do it (3 days from the callup!!!) and to get her "CAN DO" reply.
As promised, her crew arrived on time and started the cleaning process. By the time I returned in the afternoon, my condo was completely clean with carpets shampooed and cleaned as well. It was so clean and spot-free that I almost walked into the sliding glass door when showing my unit!!! LOL! Thanks, Ingrid, Jeremy and your awesome crew for the great job you did!!!
Working as a general contractor, there is always a need for a cleaning company that pays attention to detail because tradesmen hate to clean. Haha. I searched high and low for a company that was competitively priced, was friendly with customers, and would attempt to respond at moments notice.
R & I met that criteria and so much more. Ingrid and Jeremy are on it and always see a project through to complete customer satisfaction. It's my job to pick and find things wrong. With these guys, that's been impossible. From commercial and residential maintenance to construction clean ups of either, they won't shy away from any kind of work.
Had a deep cleaning done on my VERY dirty home, R&I came through and did an EXCELLENT job. The team was on time, clear with communication, and flexible with my needs.
I needed to do a move out cleaning for our townhouse because we are getting ready to sell it and the townhouse was not kept up. But this company really did an amazing job! The bathrooms are spotless - no more dark stains. The kitchen appliances look so brand new. In addition, their customer service is on point. I searched for a home cleaner company on Oahu this morning and within 5 mins I got a reply from R&I
They were friendly, and super quick to come over and give me an in person quote. The home definitely needed a deep clean and R&I did a same day accommodation for us and cleaned the entire home (minus two bedrooms, upon our request).
They had a friendly and speedy staff and were very detail oriented. The house feels so much more like a home. I'm really stoked on how clean it is.
The did our patio, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms and one bedroom.
I cannot say enough kind words about what a great job this team did. I had clients that gave me a short notice that they needed "better" cleaners because the 1st set of cleaners did not do a good job. So I searched and found these guys. On top of that, little that I know, it was a post construction cleaning... so lots more dust and debris.
These guys handled it in stride. Sure, it costed more to get it all cleaned, but they did it in record time... the same day that the new owners moved in. Everything had that new cleaning smell, countertops all shiny... I am just so thankful that they took care of my clients (as a real estate agent, I truly care about what service my clients receive). I will definitely use them again! 5 stars for sure!!!
Great cleaning service for move outs. All-in-one service for cleaning, carpet washing and window cleaning. They were very professional and did an excellent job, would definitely recommend for anyone needing a move out cleaning.
